The City of McEwen has currently adopted the 2015 (IBC) International Building Code. The For the purpose of regulating the construction, alterations, repairs, use, occupancy, location, maintenance, removal, and demolition of every building or structure, The IBC, International Building Code 2015 is adopted by the City of McEwen.
Building Permits are required and may be obtained at McEwen City Hall located at 9586 Hwy 70 E McEwen, TN 37101, 931-582-6211 or by contacting Building Inspector, Curtis Hayes.
Building permit fees are $.50 (fifty cents) square foot.
